Fees

We have a sliding scale of fees, based on whether you choose a full property purchase search, rental search, or a short search.

Full Property Purchase Search

On instruction to search for a property to purchase, and on signature of our Agreement Terms and Conditions, we charge a non-refundable deposit fee of £500 to cover a search period of 6 months. On completion of a purchase, we charge a commission fee of 1% of the purchase price less the initial deposit.

Rental Property Search

On instruction to search for a property to rent, and on signature of our Agreement Terms and Conditions, we charge a non-refundable deposit fee of £500 to cover a search period of 6 months. On completion of a rental contract, we charge a commission fee equivalent to 1 month's rent less the initial deposit.

Short Property Search

On instruction to search for a property, and on signature of our Agreement Terms and Conditions, we charge a non-refundable deposit fee of £250 to cover a search period of 1 month. This search aims to provide as many properties as possible and give a detailed overview of all the relevant properties in your search area. How you act on the information generated from this search is entirely up to you.
